Summary: We were only really there to sleep but the beds were comfy and the room was clean. A bit overpriced. And our room was not in the main bldg which made using any amenity a bit of a pain. We will try somewhere else next year.

Summary: This is such a beautiful resort. Lots of entertainment for the whole family. The rooms are spacious. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The restaurant serves the most beautiful meals.

Summary: Things at this hotel seem dated and kind of run down. No little frig in the rooms. The Z’s Restaurant food was terrible!

Summary: Front desk employees were amazing!!! The hotel itself needs to be renovated, it is falling apart and maintenance definitely is not a priority. The furniture is old and needs refinishing, broken tiles and carpet coming apart can be found everywhere. The ponds on the property are just mosquito breeding grounds with no circulation or maintenance. Don’t stay on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday if you want to eat at a restaurant on site. Our AC was set to 60 and couldn’t get the temp below 75. We stayed in the Penthouse suite. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: It's a beautiful location. Our room had some mildew in the bathroom from the Cleaners missing spots. Not good sign. AC was absolutely atrocious. Had then send a tech to look at it. He closed the service call with no Remedies. Could not get the room warmer than 75 the whole trip. This is the second trip at zermatt where the ac sucked. It's enough that I don't wanna go back there it was so miserable tey8ng to sleep.

Summary: I came for an official trip. Considering the nature of the trip, this was prudent to have a good night sleep and comfort to get recharged for the next day. After I made reservation, I made a phone call and requested for a room of my choice . I am so glad that all my requests were understood and considered. The front desk is super helpful and all the members of the team are friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad that I chose to stay at Zermatt.

Summary: I am not one to leave reviews, but this experience mandates notice to other travelers… I did not think this resort was that old, but the entire experience felt like we were staying in 1992… I reserved what was described as the penthouse suite… That would imply that you’re going to have a roomie comfortable Semi modern room at worst…, The air conditioning would not work. It was extremely noisy… The room is relatively small versus the description with a lovely view of a parking lot… Would definitely not recommend… On a positive note the front desk staff was at least friendly. The general area is very beautiful… Absolutely time to update this property or bulldoze it and start over.
